We are led by a former general manager of DoorDash – where he has managed multiple businesses for the company and led high-performing teams. He invests in his people and leads by example.

We are seeking to acquire a business with some or all of the following characteristics:

Located within 60 miles of Atlanta, Georgia

Financial Profile

EBITDA of $1 - $2 million
Annual revenue of $2 - $20 million
Demonstrated track record of consistent revenues and profitability for the last 5+ years

Industry

We are flexible however focused on industries that are not sensitive to economic cycles, technology advancements or regulatory risks.

Team

East Palisade Holdings is led by an entrepreneur (Karan Singh) who is searching for a business to manage and grow. Karan is advised by an experienced deal team which have successfully purchased, facilitated and operated businesses in many industries. Together, we have the experience and capital to buy businesses of all types.

Karan brings over 10 years of experience in business management, strategy & operations and advisory services. His specialties include defining business strategies, day-to-day operations, customer acquisition, revenue building, building scalable processes and team management.

Karan has previously served as General manager of retail categories at DoorDash where he was responsible for leading and managing the retail business on the DoorDash marketplace. His responsibilities included creating the company’s strategy for retail categories and executing the day-to-day actions to achieve weekly, quarterly and yearly growth targets.

Before this, Karan worked as an investment banker at Barclays capital where he helped companies raise capital, go public and advise them on strategic merger and acquisition transactions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Karan is local to Atlanta and grew up near the East Palisades Trail in Atlanta, GA. In his free time, Karan enjoys learning, fitness, hiking and spending time with his fiance, family and dog.
